all City funds. The division is also responsible for all customer service functions in relation
to the utility services provided by the City. Such utility services include electricity, water,
sewer, garbage, and irrigation water.

Making your Utility Payments
The Utility and Finance departments have made it easier for customers to pay their utility bills.

Automatic Bill Payment/ Electronic Direct Pay
This service allows customers to approve the automatic debit payment from their checking account
on specific days. No checks and no postage are required and there are no late payment penalties.
Automatic bill payment is promoted by the Federal Reserve Bank and is easy and safe. Enrollment
forms can be downloaded here or may be obtained by contacting the Utility Billing Department.

Pay in Person
Cash, check, Credit card or debit card (all major credit cards accepted) are accepted between
the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Price City Utilities Office,
located at City Hall, 185 East Main Street, Price, Utah.

For your convenience, after-hours payments can be dropped off at the City Hall. The payment box
is located at the east side of the building and to the left of the east building entrance.

Always include your utility account number on your check. Please mail payments to the Price City
Utility Department P.O. Box 893, Price Utah 84501.

Note: Your bill is due and payable upon receipt. A past-due notice will be mailed if payment
is not received by the due date (15 days) if you do not pay your bill in full.

If you have further questions regarding payment methods, please feel free to call us at (435) 636-3165.

Past Due Accounts
Your residential meter is read and bills are generated monthly.

Delinquent charges are 1.5% of the unpaid balance.

Termination of Utility Service Due to Non-payment
Your utility service may be discontinued if you fail to pay your statement. Failure to pay
will result in disconnection of utility services. In order to re-establish utility services
any outstanding balance must be paid in full and an additional $35.00 charge is required.

H.E.A.T Home Energy Assistance Targets program is available for residents who qualify.

In the event you cannot meet the requirements necessary to avoid termination of your utility
service, please feel free to visit our office or contact us at (435) 636-3197.
